Todd Probasco, the President, is a trusted and accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience as a mortgage banker, currently serving as Vice President & Group Lead for Mortgage Lending at Lakeside Bank. Known for his unwavering commitment to excellence, Todd has built a reputation as a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales, marketing, and business development. His "get it done" attitude, combined with exceptional communication skills and a focus on fostering strong business relationships, has earned him over 120 Five-Star Google Reviews, reflecting his dedication to outstanding customer service.

Todd’s leadership extends beyond the mortgage industry. As President of the Palos Area Chamber of Commerce and an active member of organizations such as the Palos Lions Club, Main Street Organization of Realtors, and the Illinois Mortgage Bankers Association, he consistently demonstrates his ability to inspire and guide others. His expertise and integrity were recognized early in his career when he was awarded the prestigious 2005 Mortgage Broker/Owner of the Year Award by the Illinois Mortgage Brokers Association.
